Major Subdivision Preliminary Plan

 The preliminary subdivision plan must be drawn to the specifications of Section 6.400 of the Subdivision Ordinance . No processing or review of a preliminary plan will proceed without all of the information listed. Construction of state standard roads shall be in accordance with NCDOT regulations. For Town Streets, the standards of Article 5 of the Huntersville Zoning Ordinance and Engineering Standards and Procedures Manual shall control. The preliminary plan/construction drawings will not be reviewed until the sketch plan has been reviewed and approved.
