Virtual Meeting Information - Members of the public may view the meeting on RingCentral. All public attendees will be in listen only mode, unless on the agenda to present/speak (see below). Town staff will receive public input for the meeting by email only. Please email your comments to bschrodetzki@huntersville.org. Please include your name and address. All emails received by noon on the day of the PRC meeting which are submitted for the meeting will be provided to the entire PRC prior to the start of the meeting and will be made a part of the meeting record. Emails submitted anonymously will not be forwarded, nor made a part of the meeting record. - Emails should be directed to the entire PRC as a whole and not individuals. - Emails are expected to be civil and within reasonable standards of courtesy. - Emails that include vulgarity, slander, name-calling, personal attacks or threats will not be forwarded to the PRC nor made a part of the meeting record.
