If your residence is an existing structure, then the residence should already have (1) of each container: household garbage, recycling and yard waste. Please contact Waste Connections at 704-596-9428 if your residence is a new build or the containers were not left by the previous owner at your residence.
Please contact Waste Connections at 704-596-9428 to let them know that your container is damaged. It typically takes 5-7 days following a request to repair a container.
Visit the Geoportal to determine if your residence falls under A week or B week for recycling. Enter your address and select the trash/recycling option to the left of the portal screen to view your service day.

A residence should have (1) grey household garbage container, (1) blue recycling container and (1) green yard waste container. Some townhomes do not have yard waste containers since private landscapers handle the yard waste maintenance.
